Engagement: Reunion’s Embrace

Current Mood:
Sleepy &
Thinking
I’ve been out at sea free
cruising the waves that groove against me
anchor thrown over
hooks in the ocean’s floor
What a nice spot to have been
in the center of my core.
Soooooooooo “now”
I’m “wanting” to attach
I can feel it underneath
that which I’ve denied myself
in something like deliberate subconsciousness
now unfolds seeking to achieve
its underlying goals.
Inhale pulling up my anchor
ready to move in your direction exhale
emotions going everywhere
I quickly inhale
butterflies welling up on the inside of me
as I draw nearer to you anticipating heavily
I arrive pulling into your port
gifting you with the fluidness of the doves
that wraps you like a warm mink blanket on a cold snowy day.
Finally yes finally
we stand face to face
Oh my gosh I’m shaking with joy
we smile ecstatically engaging into reunion’s embrace
gently holding each other with gratitude and grace
we engage in a passionate kiss
to feel our bodies doing more than just mingling
I hear your melodic breathing
to the rhythm of my heartbeat beating
You fill my veins with such tenderness
a longevity of pure, sweet and genuine bliss.
