Well, I’m not sure how I ranked #1 in Google. I just don’t know how it got there. So have no clue how long it will remain in that position. If I knew how it got there then I’d know how to maintain its position but I don’t. So … haha. We shall see how long it stays in the number #1 position. I checked my stats like 5 days ago and noticed that someone found my site through google using my first name only. I thought it was like on the 7+ pages on google search results because that’s what it’s been for the longest.

So I went to google and typed in my name to see which position it was and what did I see — my site was smack dab at the very top on the first page of the search results! Heck yea that shocked my mind! That was pretty cool considering I had been wondering for a while how to get number one for my first name: halima. I knew that my first and last name together: halima mitchell ranked my site number one for a rather long time and still is in number one position. Don’t know how that happened either. Guess I’m the only halima mitchell with a site?! Psh, beats me. After seeing that for my first and last name I wanted my site to be number one for just my first name. I asked around on webmaster forums and blah blah and didn’t get much of any help — haha. Stupid haters! hehe. Naw, I’m playing. Seriously, I’m messing around. But it’s whatever.You can go to Google.com, type either:

• halima
• halima mitchell

And see it for yourself. As of today, it’s still ranks #1. But like I said, if I can’t figure out how it got there and how to maintain its fantabulous position, I don’t know how long it will be #1. haha.

02/11/08 - Well didn’t know how to maintain its rank. So the rank moved from #1 to #7 and then seemed to move back up to #5 some days later. However still on the front page. So that’s good.
