The woman said the suit wasn’t about money but to inform consumers because the marketplace can’t be trusted “these days”. So posting this in my blog section as means of helping her spread some caution. But seriously for those who want to ensure they aren’t taxed on non-taxable items. I, personally, don’t shop at Kmart. But I guess this can apply to any store. I guess.
