A month or two before I came across this headline, I went to MD to visit an old male friend of mine that I hadn’t seen in several years. He and I went to his friends house to chill with a couple of his friends who were a couple (male and female). He had the Xbox360 and YES I DID PLAY (how could I not?!) after his friend convinced me that the game would be something I’d like if I liked FPS games. I watched him play a bit and wasn’t really feeling it. But heck after playing it I actually started to like it. At that moment it was just me and the game. And as I was playing my friend’s friend made the comment along the lines of, “Man, I wish my girl was into playing video games like that.” And she said something like, “I play video games…” And that’s all I heard because I zoned after that. I was all up in the game, for real. I forget the name of it. Anyway, so that’s why this headline grabbed my attention; reminded me of his comment. haha.
